I am Kumar.In my seman analysis--Quantity--2.0ml, Colour-milkey white, Viscosity--WNL, Liquefqction-25min., TOTAL COUNT--36 million / ML, Grade 0--15%, GRADE 1--20%, GRADE 2--50%, GRADE 3--15%, GRADE 4--00%, NORMAL FORMS--80%, PUS CELLS--200-250 / HPF. Can I fully capable of fathering a child and any medicine for pus cells.

Pus cells 200-250 suggest heavy infection.
I would advise to take anti biotics of fluoroquinolone group for 10 days and then repeat the test.
Otherwise report is normal, and you can become father.
